Sankt Hans at Egeskov
Egeskov invites you inside for a traditional Midsummer’s Eve in the atmospheric surroundings of The English Garden.
The highlight of Sankthans is the traditional bonfire and an atmospheric concert with singer Anne Dorte Michelsen.
Exhibitions and the castle have extended opening hours this evening and can be experienced until 7pm. The play forest and garden are open all evening.
Enjoy FastFood to go at the food kiosks and beer, water, coffee and light refreshments will be available for purchase at the event in the English Garden.
Programme
10 am – 10.30 pm Egeskov is open. Admission with regular day tickets
5pm Entrance open with special event tickets
7pm Exhibitions and the castle closes
7pm Concert by New Travellers
8pm approx. the bonfire is lit and the midsummer carol is sung
8.30pm Concert with Anne Dorte Michelsen
9pm Brasserie Rigborg and food kiosks closed
10pm Thank you for tonight
Exhibitions and the castle have extended opening hours this evening and can be experight up until 7pm. The play forest and the garden are open all evening. A special menu can be enjoyed in Brasserie Rigborg or at the kiosks.
Beer, water, coffee and something good for the palate can be bought at the event in The English Garden.
