Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets online.

Tickets
•    Egeskov online tickets are valid during the period specified on the ticket.
•    Online offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.
•    Online tickets are non-refundable.
•    Tickets are delivered as a PDF file via email. They must either be printed on plain white paper or scanned directly from a smartphone with an intact screen at the entrance.

Important Information about Tickets:
•    The QR code on the ticket can only be used once and becomes invalid after scanning.
•    You are responsible for safeguarding your ticket to prevent misuse.
•    Egeskov is not liable for printing errors, technical issues, or subsequent price changes.

Delivery
•    Online tickets are sent to the provided email address shortly after the order is received – usually within 10 minutes.
•    We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to technical issues.
•    No delivery fees apply.

Payment and Security
We accept the following payment methods:
•    Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Eurocard, MasterCard, Diners Card, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, and MobilePay.

All payments are processed through a secure server with full encryption of your information. We work with DIBS to provide a reliable payment solution that meets all PBS security requirements. Your credit card information will not be shared with third parties.

Annual Pass
•    When purchasing an Egeskov Annual Pass online, it has to be activated upon your first visit. Activation takes place at the ticket office, where your membership is registered.
•    During registration, you must provide your name, address, email address, and have your photo taken as part of the membership.
•    The annual pass is personal and can only be used by you. We check at the entrance using your photo. In case of misuse, the annual pass will be revoked.
•    You will receive an email with membership information and a renewal reminder 14 days before the pass expires.

Note: To enhance your experience, a cookie will be placed on your computer. This is used to recognize your account during future visits and for statistical purposes.

Gift Cards
•    Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
•    Gift cards can be returned within their validity period for a fee of 50 DKK.
•    If returned within one year after expiry, the refund is provided without a fee.
•    After four years from the purchase date, refunds are no longer possible.

Purchasing Gift Cards:
•    Gift cards purchased on egeskov.dk are delivered as a voucher and can be used at the ticket office, kiosks, Brasserie Riborg, or online.
•    Physical gift cards can be purchased at the ticket office or delivered for a fee of 40 DKK (minimum amount: 200 DKK). Delivery via PostNord takes 7-10 business days.
