In a 150 m2 area next to the Motorcycle exhibition, an old-fashioned grocer’s shop has been created by the Grocers Association of Funen Museum Committee in co-operation with Egeskov.
Here, the history of the grocer’s trade from 1930 to 1950 is told through a large collection of goods and equipment from over the period.
Visitors can purchase some of the goods in the shop to take home with them, including some wonderfully aromatic, freshly-ground coffee. A great palce that will show you how much your local supermarket has grown.
