Get in the Christmas spirit in adventurous surroundings at Egeskov. At more than 100 market stalls you will find inspiration for Christmas and can buy everything from delicacies to decorations and elves.
Between vintage cars and aeroplanes, Christmas market guests can make a good bargain and be inspired by everything from crafts and applied arts to delicacies and Christmas decorations that provide inspiration for Christmas and gift shopping. Here are both items from well-known brands and private artisans who offer their unique products.
Market guests will be able to experience Egeskov’s nicely decorated indoors and outdoors. There are over a mile of garlands leading the way through the various buildings.
It must be cozy and there must be room for a rest and something good to eat. Therefore, there is an opportunity to settle on ex. Spisetorvet with food and drink mulled wine and apple slices or get warm in Cafe Jomfru Rigborg m.m.
You can experience different activities. There are of course choirs with lovely Christmas songs, you can meet the castle elves Gorm, Thyra and Harald Blålys, the kids can make pancakes over a campfire with the scouts, and much more.
Exhibitions and the castle are closed for the winter, but there is plenty of opportunity to experience Egeskov’s garden and park and use the Play Forest’s tools. Treetop Walking is closed.
Dogs are welcome in the garden on a leash outdoors, but must not be taken inside buildings with market stalls.
